My name is Obeng Marfo. I am very passionate about health and wellness. I obtained my bachelors of science in Biobehavioral Health and minor in Kinesiology at The Pennsylvania State University.
During my time at Penn State, I also competed in Division I Track & Field. My time at Penn State and the knowledge I obtained motivated me to continue my path by getting certified as a trainer, and health coach. My sole goal is to improve the overall wellness of my clients, and help them become the best version of themselves.
